Chairman of the Board of Film Censors "Chairman of the Board of Film Censors" means the person (by whatever name called) who is the chairman or senior member of the Board or Panel responsible for the censorship of films for exhibition in Sabah, Sarawak, or the States of West Malaysia, as the case may require;
